Amazingly knowledgeable and really helpful. I had help from this shop once before years ago and it was so good to see that nothing has changed.
My monitor wasn’t working But the owner went through a full diagnosis as promised. By swapping cables and trying different setups It is now working fully.
I tried to pay for the time that I’d taken because I was just about to buy a replacement monitor earlier but he would not take any money as it’s part of the free diagnostic service.
I can only recommend if you ever have any computer needs.

My laptop would not boot as the hard drive was damaged. A family friend recommended I take my laptop to Thomas and it was the greatest decision.

Thomas explained the options available to me clearly and fixed my laptop (with a new hard drive) very quickly and transferred my files to my new hard drive, all at a very good price.

I am very pleased to have come across Thomas. I had trouble with my Mac Air laptop and he took it in to assess the issue and gave very sensible advice that it was unlikely to be worth trying to recover it (it was very old). This was the least cost effective option for him (indeed he did not let me pay him anything). He not only seems incredibly competent, but kind, efficient and honest. I will certainly call Thomas as a first choice for any future computer related problems and will recommend him to others.
