Terrible, they deserve 0 stars!! Brought an iPad for my partners son’s Christmas present. Told we had warranty so trusted it would be legit! Upon giving it to him for Christmas the battery was dying instantly and when charging back up it was dropping % rapidly like I have never seen before! Took it back and they had it for a week, so I went back and collected it for them to tell me they had not done anything, took it home and the same thing was happening as obviously they done nothing. Took it back AGAIN and they sent it off for repair. They had it over 3 weeks and each time I went in there they said they are waiting for it back! Finally I went back yesterday to pick it up but they said it had been broken while they were trying to change the battery! They offered me a replacement which was dented and marked and upon having a look at it in the shop the battery was doing the same thing as the first one! So I declined (why would I want one that was faulty and bad condition). I asked what else they could offer me, they said nothing! Upon arguing they said about a refund which I was not 100% happy with after all this wasted time and my partners boy without his Christmas present which we are now back to finding an iPad for his Christmas present which was over a month ago! Finally I accepted the refund when the staff started getting agitated – me and my friend which are two girls got our phone out to record because we felt unsafe and he started getting aggressive saying we can not record and trying to keep my recipes because I said I wanted to take this further! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, LIERS AND TRY ANS SCAM PEOPLE!!

I called in an hour or so ago with regards to a Samsung A50 battery you supposedly fitted around three-four weeks ago for me (proof of payment available). I have taken the phone to a trusted friend who works with phones and what they have found when opening the phone up is in their words ‘shocking’ – see pictures attached.

You fitted a battery (photo 3 left hand side) that is clearly not the correct battery and has therefore caused damage to the phone and you used a screw to hold this wrong size battery in place. Please explain how you think this is acceptable. I would like a full refund of money immediately.

My little one dropped and smashed the back glass on an iPhone 12 Pro yesterday. After making several calls these guys managed to fit a new glass in a fraction of the time quoted elsewhere and a fraction of the cost last night. I now have an extremely happy and thankful daughter. Thank you so much.
