I took my pixel 6a in just to replace the screen (everything else worked perfectly fine). They quoted me at PS130; I’m assuming the actual replacement parts cost around PS80-100 and the labour was PS30-50.

When I got my phone back later that day the fingerprint reader no longer worked. When I mentioned this to the staff, all they said was to try resetting my phone to see if that works.
They absolutely refused to give me at least a partial refund for taking away functionality from my phone, most they offered was to try replacing the screen again ( for PS130 again lol).

Turns out they did not recalibrate the fingerprint reader when they re-installed the replacement screen meaning I had to spend an hour or so figuring out how to do this myself.

Bottom line: this is not a place you should go to if you want reliable repairs for your mobile device, they overcharge for the level of work they put into making sure the repair is done properly and have terrible customer service when it comes to handling unsatisfactory results.
There are hundreds of other phone repair shops in the local area that are probably more reliable than this place; I would strongly recommend trying other options before coming here.

I was go there to buy something these people are friendly and customer service very good as well I just went to do print something and due to there customer service I bought more stuff as well I will suggest you this shop if you need any help about your phones
