I don’t recommand this store, I used to ask them to repair my laptop, and they just sent it to another repaire company directly, and then told me that it can’t be repaired, then come the funny things, I find that the computer lost one of 8GB ram chip, and they told me that the other company lost it. What a ridiculous reason! Is it lost or stolen by them, I don’t know, but I will never repaire my stuff to this non-trustful company anymore.

Bei der Online-Bestellung wurde meine Zahlung sofort bestatigt aber nach 90 Minuten war weder die Rechnungs- noch die Download-E-Mail da. Hab’ den Support angerufen und mir wurde sofort eine E-Mail mit dem Link und dem Key fur das grossere Software-Paket und ohne Mehrkosten zugeschickt.
Es kann immer mal irgendwo was klemmen. Dann ist -so wie hier- ein guter Support wichtig.

Ich bin Kundin aus Munchen und kaufe bei Zeytech seit mindestens zehn Jahren gebrauchte Software. Die Preise waren schon immer OK…nur fruher habe ich meine Bestellung im Stundentempo erhalten, jetzt muss ich 24 Stunden warten, bis Download bereit ist.. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne 🙂 Aber, im Grunde bin ich echt zufrieden und kann dieses Unternehmen weiterempfehlen.
