Extremely helpful and committed staff; installed a new processor to my computer and were incredibly polite and helpful, as well as persistent, when I had a few problems with it.

Have been slowly upgrading my computer over the course of a few years at this shop now and I always feel like I’m getting great value and service from good and kind people. An easy 5 star from me and a massive recommend to any first time PC builders or more experienced PC upgraders looking for good and affordable parts.

PS: As for the negative reviews calling the business ‘unreliable’, I came here for my first PC, where I had little to no knowledge on computers and simply wanted one to play games on. My parents also have absolutely no knowledge of computers and it was quite obvious that they didn’t. With this in mind they could have very easily ripped me off or something along those lines, but as my knowledge of computers and their parts has grown it is quite clear that they did the best they could with my limited budget. So again, reliable and dependable staff.

Had my PC serviced as I was having hardware issues.

The machine was fully tested, fault diagnosed within a couple of days and the staff let me know throughout the process what exactly was being done to solve my issue.

The staff members were very polite and professional, and made sure everything was working as intended before I took the machine home.

I think the pricing was extremely good and the quality of the work done was excellent.
