went in to have a battery changed on my iphone xs max as it wasn’t charging, zip mobiles had a look at it and it turned out it wasn’t a battery issue, after doing some tests got it charging again, so it was a great thing for me as if i went to apple they probably wouldn’t have looked at the problem that i was having with the phone and would have just changed the battery.
definitely recommend and will be backing in a few weeks for the battery change anyway as i want to give my phone another year or two worth of life before i upgrade.

Horrendous service – Never gets back to you over text, had to remind them which phone it was anytime I managed to go in and they weren’t on holiday again, always seemed to be shut. Finally managed to get my phone back SEVEN months later as I’d had enough with them saying ordering parts was taking a while, it was completely smashed up (by them) and not fixed with no care in the world. If you can’t fix it, be honest in the first place. Had the cheek to offer their other service of making regs if I’m ever looking in the future.
Visited Zip mobiles today to have my iPhone 11 screen replaced. Very friendly service, was offered a choice of screens, was even repaired while I waited.
Quick service, great quality, good price and I even got a free screen protector thrown in.
