Can’t thank Wayne at Zocustek enough. I had a delaminating touchscreen in my car, and it would go crazy and self-press the options on the screen, leaving it useless. I’d gotten quotes from all over the city for a new digitiser to be installed and also from my car dealer who quoted me a 4-figure sum to replace the unit entirely and some mechanics wouldn’t touch it at all.

I was recommended to give Zocustek a try by Ashton Auto Repair, and I’m so glad I did.

Wayne and Zocustek charged me a VERY reasonable price to do this, even when they came up against some problems when changing the screen, but not once did Wayne suggest/look like the job would be impossible. Final result, happy customer and a new touchscreen!

I had a left earpiece of my Shure SE846 earphones fixed because the sound tube had broken off where it was attached to the dynamic driver. I never thought I would get it fixed since it had been broken for almost 2 years. If I had sent it to the manufacturer, they would charge me hundreds of pounds for a replacement and my warranty was expired anyways. Little did I know, all it takes was some superglue to put it all together. Also, the man working at the counter made my day with his kindness. Because there was no hardware broken and no need for replacement parts, he did not charge me. Excellent service.

First of all I’d like to say a massive thank you to Zocustek for putting in so much time and effort for fixing my daughter’s electric scooter . I took it elsewhere but was told it would be better to scrap it so thought I’d give Zocustek ago and this guy proved them wrong. It’s working to like when we first got the scooter and my daughter is over the moon to have her scooter back. And what else impressed me was he didn’t rip me off not like the other place. Highly recommend and will definitely be back with any electronic problems. 10/10
