Visited the store today and had to come online to give a review, the customer service was spot on! The person helping me sorted my phone with great speed and efficiency. I was in a total panic beforehand and worried I would need to get a new phone but the chap behind the counter was very reassuring and knowledgeable and now my phone is on working order. A big thanks!
Took my pc in with what I thought was one problem but turned into multiple lol. Once problem was identified only took 1 day to get it sorted. Initial advice and pricing was fair and honest compared to other shops had also spoken to. If have any problems in future this shall be where I go to definitely worth recommending.
Huge props to the guys that fixed the battery connector in my ASUS TUF laptop.
It wasn’t charging correctly and would discharge when gaming. One of the PINS for the battery connector were bent all the way back!
Thanks to this shops efforts, another device is saved from landfill!
