Brought my laptop here to have the hinge fixed. They ended up smashing my laptop screen. Denied breaking it. Even on a review stated they had CCTV showing it wasn’t switched on when dropped off. Well you CCTV should show it being dropped off and checked by your member of staff and then picked up by my mother and handed back without the cover on the screen and the staff mentioning the screen being cracked. It didn’t need to be switched on to see the cracked screen! You don’t need to be a professional to notice a crack right down the screen.
Manager is rude and no customer service skills. VERY unprofessional! Do not recommend! Will be telling everyone to avoid. Manager replies to reviews with a poor attitude and won’t acknowledge that his company is at fault. Disgraceful!

I took my child’s PlayStation 5 into their Huyton shop today because the picture kept saying “no signal” when attached to the TV, via the HDMI cord. I didn’t need to fully explain the problem, they just knew what was wrong with it!!
Turns out the HDMI port had to be replaced.
Even though they were extremely busy today, in 3hrs it was fixed!! So pleased!!
They are lovely & friendly and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!
Very helpful customer service, they fixed my tablet and they kept me up to date on why it took over a week, they had to order in the part as it’s very hard to get, they went above and beyond and the price was very fair, would recommend to anyone who needs repairs.
