Awesome service. Dropped my laptop onto cold hard concrete and destroyed the screen. As a computer science senior, I could not wait for the quoted 2 weeks from Best Buy. This lot worked with me, allowed me to pay extra to speed up ordering of parts. They came forward to me when the parts failed to arrive by the date, and didn’t charge for the expedited shipping. After another day, the laptop was like new. All-in-All I went from an unusable machine a very slightly damaged machine in 3 days, and they stuck to their quote.

I had assumed my power supply was fried, and I was prepared to shell out for a new one. However, the problem was just my desktop’s power cord. They didn’t charge me a dime for the diagnostic and even gave me a new cord for free. We will certainly be using One Stop Computer Shop for all of our repairs going forward.
