I took my gaming PC into 1201 on 8/13. It had randomly completely powered off and wouldn’t power back on. The staff checked me in, gave me a service-time window and prices estimates. Within only a full business day, 1201 had tested the PC and found the issue. They provided me repair options but gave me honest opinions about the repair options. I decided to go with a whole new PC build instead due to it being a GPU issue. Matt helped discuss all the build options with me and went over pricing and helped me figure out the best bang for my buck. Within just a couple of business days, all the parts had arrived and Matt put together the new rig. Matt was exceptional during the whole process and very responsive to my emails and questions. 10/10 would recommend!

This repair shop is AMAZING! I’ve been using them for years. So trustworthy, so reliable, and so kind. Before I started going to 1201, I was so overwhelmed when any tech issue came up with my computer; but now I feel so much more at ease, confidently knowing I have someone I can trust that will help solve my tech issues. And because they will even take the time to explain what’s going on, I have now learned about tech, making me feel more confident too. They have helped me with so many things including getting my laptops to run more smoothly over the years, helping me get a better hard drive, updating my software, fixing my computer monitor. . . the list goes on!

I’m not usually a review writing guy but I was very happy with the services I received at this place. I brought in a liquid damaged laptop. After opening up the machine and checking it out they were very realistic with the prospects of saving the laptop, and the cost of services. The original cost of diagnosing the problem was very reasonable and they didn’t try to upsell me or anything. I ultimately decided not to move forward with repairs as was their suggestion. But I really appreciated the experience of having working computer professionals be very clear, communicative, and compassionate about my tech troubles. I’ll definitely hit them up in the future for my computer needs.
