Brought my son phone in yesterday to get a battery and screen replacement but to no avail the workers did not fix the issue but caused another issue. Phone cut on just fine when plugged to the charger port but when received item back it simply stayed on the Apple logo. Items should always be given in the same state that they are received and if not it should be a loss on the establishment. This store “incompetence ” is a shame!! Never will I EVER utilize this establishment nor recommend anyone to use them. I’m not sure if color played a part but this is what we call “Bad business”. Go somewhere else for phone repairs.

If you want to be technical and correct let’s do that! The phone was an iPhone 8 plus (which should not matter! It’s a phone for a child and you are suppose to be in business to fix phones!!) The phone did not arrive dead on arrival because once connected to the charging port, the phone came on displaying his home screen. I admitted to what took place! (It’s called being honest!.. smh) I am fully aware that you were unable to fix it and never implied that you were trying to charge me for a job you could not complete! To state that I implied you were a racist is so ignorant because being a ” white” person does not make you a racist darling!! It makes you prejudice smh again. Last but not least, you stating not to come back to your establishment baffles me considering I have already stated I will NEVER EVER go to your establishment nor refer anyone to this location so get a grip!! Amazing service hands down.
One of those people who hold onto a phone until i pretty much need to upgrade. Never the less cracked the screen on my Samsung S8+ and checked into the shop.
Week from drop off the new screen is flush fully operational and works without issue. Only reason turn around took a week was because the screen needed to be ordered and shipped in. Then there was a holiday ontop of the first screen shipped in was flawed and they didnt want to provide me something faulty even provided photos as proof and kept me up to date.
Once again couldnt be any more pleased with the service and overall cost. Absolutely will hit the shop again without hesitation.

I came in once to get my screen fixed and everything was fine. Upon my second visit, they fixed it again but my phone came with glitches and began pressing applications by itself. After a few hours white pixelated boxes began to appear all over my screen. I called them and he said he would look at it. This company clearly doesn’t value any customer loyalty as this is my third visit and the malfunctions were on their end. They still charged me full price to fix it again!
