Grant! Thank you so much for thoroughly cleaning my work phone this afternoon

Yesterday evening I was panicking because the sound quality of my Samsung Z 4 flip phone was horrible. A few days ago I noticed some chocolate had melted onto my screen so I sprayed my phone with Whoosh but the speakers were all clogged up then to make matters worse I shoved my phone back into my moto jacket not realizing that there was a melted Easter egg inside so the goo went back into my phone and became much worse.

Grant scheduled me in for a morning appointment today but we ended up rescheduling and he was extremely accommodating. We had a conversation/consultation and honestly he’s so calm, personable and reassuring that I was extremely comfortable waiting for him to clean out my speakers as I sat outside enjoying the warm weather.

Incidentally I had called a different, larger repair company yesterday too; but they were incredibly dishonest and said that my phone is complicated and they would charge me $200 to take it apart when Grant took less than 15 minutes to fix the mess inside using tiny tools for cleaning and now my phone sounds perfect again!

I will continue to recommend his services to everyone I know and he’s extremely honest and won’t attempt to cheat you for a simple fix.

I used this service in March. I got all the services, and when I paid, I found out that they only accept cash. He didn’t give me a notice before I got the service. I explained that I had to pay with a credit card to get the phone insurance benefits. I asked them to pay with a credit card after the refund, but they said that it might be possible after August 15th and asked me to contact them then. So I waited for about five months and contacted him again, but he told me that he wouldn’t accept credit cards for the time being. Next time, I recommend giving a notice in advance that he only accepts cash before getting the service.

p.s. I don’t know if it was his fault or not, but there was dust on the front camera after changing the screen. Dust comes out when I take a selfie.

Grant is professional, quick, and extremely affordable. I had my iPhone port break on me which would have cost me $500 with Apple, and would have taken 3-5 days to get to fixed. Grant did it for a fraction of the cost and in under 2 hours. Could not recommend his services more.
