Can’t say enough good things about Garnet and Russell. Had a network server crash on a Federal Holiday and knew my office staff (5 people) would be unable to work on the following day. Garnet happened to be in, listened to my sob story and took the server. There was physical damage to the hard drive but he was able to save all my critical files and installed them in a new custom built server in about 4 hours. Russell then delivered it to Yelm, installed it and went to each workstation, set them up and verified everything worked. The next day no one in my office even knew they had almost had a day with nothing to do. I have worked with many computer techs and both Garnet and Russell are the very best. Their pricing was also extremely reasonable. They will be my new go to guys for computer troubles.!!!

I needed business computers, it took a few days to get their attention through old phone trees.
Then they got confused I sent over a resellers permit, that cost us valuable time, and then didn’t have the quote ready on time, the quote wasn’t what I was looking for(features) and was well above retail price posted online from retailers.

I asked about it and they just didn’t answer me. I had to order computers offline rather than support local as we intended. I was ready to come in and buy and they didn’t even try.

I guess repairs but not purchases here?
