HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The parts he uses are cheap and terrible quality. Initially things were okay with my phone screen repair, but shortly after getting home my screen began to spaz out with various pink and red colors swirling on the screen (like old TV static). It went away so I ignored it, but then two weeks later my screen went completely black for 10 hrs and was unusable. When I brought it back, he wanted me to pay out of pocket for a replacement screen (EVEN THOUGH THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE A 60 DAY WARRANTY!) and was very difficult and unruly to deal with. Don’t mess with third party repair shops, just go to the Apple Store. Lesson learned.

PS don’t believe the good reviews here. He has people leave them on purpose to get a discount on their initial repair, so it is artificial.

ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON. Brought in my device to be repaired and it was fine for about 4 hours before it began to break and go static and eventually not turn on at all. Told the guy that the phone had broken and since it was just taken there, the warranty covers that, however he told me he would need extra money to fix it despite it being under warranty and HIM breaking it. The clown that runs this place is NOT an actual repair man, he just breaks your device and then demands more money. Mind you he is completely unprofessional and rude to his customers, especially women. Steer clear of this clown show and go to a real repair man.

Beware of 5 star reviews, my boyfriend was made to put one too for a discount. After taking the phone home it went pink and then black and completely stopped working. Despite having gotten it done only a week ago, and it being under warranty, the unprofessional employee refuses to fix it and even told me to shut up when i told him that this should be covered under warranty. This business is awful, other customers also report their phone completely breaking after getting it done here. The 5 star reviews are only there because they tell you you get a discount if you put one. Horrible customer service and should not even be called a business
