Great service! Highly Recommend! My girlfriend’s phone screen is completely black but we know the phone is still working as it can make noise while calling it. We first went to the Apple Store in Ann Arbor, wasted 30 mins there watching their tech guy playing around with the phone on the computer, later trying to make us fix the screen by spending $300. But we didn’t as they don’t have the screen in stock and we are in hurry to travel the next day. So we called this store, went there, told the man our issue. He fixed the phone in just couple seconds by restarting it! He charged us $0 dollars on it and said we can still call him to fix the screen if the phone dead later in the night as the screen do breaks. He is a true problem solver. You can feel he thinks in the way of his customer. Strongly Recommend!!!

I have a history of avoiding getting my things repaired simply because I don’t want to go to an Apple store and deal with the people. Jack is amazing and has made it less intimidating just to get the thing done. Super easygoing, suuuuuper flexible – works with you to figure out a convenient place to meet and will fix your things in front of you. I had him replace my iPhone screen and he was done within like 20 minutes. I came back recently to have my MacBook battery replaced, which he picked up from my house and I could pick it back up from his Ypsi office a few hours later. Both of these were last minute he got it done right away

Very happy with my cracked cell phone repair. I called in the morning and he met me at a coffee shop near my house in the afternoon. Repair was done in less than 10 minutes. He was punctual, efficient, professional, and the finished product is great. Was the most affordable option by far of the many places I contacted. Can’t recommend enough!
