Frank was very friendly, and efficient. He had the screen fixed within the hour. Great customer service! I would come back every time we have a problem with our technology!
I brought in my iPhone for a cracked screen a couple years ago and he fixed it in under an hour and was so reasonable.
Again, I thought I cracked my screen and brought it in for repair and he examined it right away and pointed out it was just the screen protector that was cracked and recommended I keep it on until I order a replacement protector. Such an honest man.

I went in to get my top speaker replaced, which had zero audio coming out of it for the iPhone 12 I got it back in about an hour and a half and it works perfectly and sounds a lot better with audio coming through. The prices are also way more affordable, and the staff is really kind, better than Apple for sure.
