While being in town I decided to get my battery replaced. A month after replacement, the battery starts to expand & started to pop my screen out of my phone. After sharing these concerns with the owner, he decided to ignore my comments and hang up on me during our conversation. He rejected to give me a refund. He stated he would replace my battery, but this is not a practical solution as I live two hours away.

I would recommend to go to a more commercialize company that provides better warranty & post service solutions.

I’m disappointed with the way the owner handled this situation.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ still worked, but the screen was black. Called around a few places and although he wasn’t the cheapest, I was getting the best price for an OEM replacement. I was able to meet up with him before he opened and within 20 mins my screen looked even better than it did before. He was able to replace the screen even though the back of the phone was broken as well. You never know how much you need your phone until you get in situations like this and he definitely came in clutch. Will be giving him a call and recommending him to everyone I know that needs help like I needed in the future.
