I would definitely come again! They repaired my Surface Pro for a good price (about $100 cheaper than Microsoft) and it was done well. We had a hard time finding parts, but the technician worked diligently until he found something that fit. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because their communication throughout the process was not amazing; however, they were good about answering their phones so it wasn’t the end of the world. I would highly recommend iPhone Medix.

I dropped my phone and my front and back camera just showed nothing but a black screen. There was no damage to the camera on the outside so I had no idea what was wrong with it. So I took in and had them looked at it. They called and gave me a quote for a new camera replacement and had it ready for me with 3 hours. They customer service was awesome. And everyone was super friendly. Will be going back to get my battery replaced. And would recommend to family and friends

Awesome experience, they fixed my charging port on my iPhone for me and then I had a battery issue a couple weeks later and we thought it was going to need a new battery but they found out it was just a loose connection and told me when they could have easily told me it needed a new battery. They’re super fast and great guys working in there and I’ll continue to do business for as long as I live in Abilene
