Good afternoon, if I could give this business a -0 star then I would do so. First of all, my appointment was months ago and I was assured that I didn’t need to take any further steps to ensure that my employer received my information. Fast forward to today and my employer is informing that this place NEVER forwarded my information! In addition, I called over there and some man was on the phone being ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!!! He even HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! An apology needs to come from him and there needs to be an evaluation of some sort of the UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL service that is being rendered at this place!!!!! ASAP!!!! Because where is my information and who did he forward it to?!
Wow. Every time I stopped by with my computer problems, Tom and his staff fixes it so quickly, which I appreciate. They explain each time what and why the problems appeared. They fix it and tell me if it happens next time – what to do. Tom is so professional and friendly – I bring donut and coffee each time I go there over last 20 years or so. Thank you Tom. U R DA BEST.
