What an awesome experience. When I called with concerns about my computer Jeff immediately began to put my mind at ease as he explaining the steps he would take to identify the issue. He assured me that whatever it might be he would be able to help. Once I arrived at his shop he was quick to get started looking at my PC and told me what he was doing as I watched. He was so friendly, super polite, and very reassuring. Turns out my issue was a simple fix. I will be back for some updates we discussed and I left relieved knowing I now have an awesome go-to guy for any computer and phone concerns.

The latest Microsoft update did something and my files were hidden. Mr. Boone was able to recover all of the files, including the emails I had in Outlook rather than in the cloud. I am technologically challenged and when I got the computer back, it was exactly as I had it. He even made sure I was happy before I left his office. His fee was more than reasonable.
