Extremely polite and well spoken. However, not reliable. Scheduled an appt. as I was on a tight schedule. Was to be here “in 10 minutes” and 30 minutes later was still not here. Called and scheduled for following day with a time frame of 9-10 a.m. 10:10 had still not arrived. Called Steven and said he was still on his way but had to stop and get gas. Poor planning ethics. Not acceptable as some of us are busy and have work related time restraints. May have done a terrific job…I will never know because I had to again cancel and decided I was not willing to tie up another day.

Dr. Mobile was fantastic to work with for a phone screen replacement. He was incredibly responsive, ordered the screen and came the very next day. He communicated with me through each step and was very accommodating on his arrival time. I have a brand new screen and he’s ordering a tempered glass screen to protect it. Dropped my phone in Alabama Tuesday went to 5 stores to get it fix every one told me 500-800 bucks started back working ended up in pa call this company they was very helpful i thought I had to get back to Texas to get it fixed he pulled right up fix my phone on the spot very efficient, friendly and one of the best guys you can work with I would try him before you try anyone else he literally save my week.
