It was packed in there and it took 20 minutes to be seen but it was worth the wait. The rep that helped me was awesome! Very knowledgeable, super cool, very customer oriented to the point that he remembered a previous days customer and his phone issues. You meet and see a lot of customers in retail customer service, so it’s rare remembering someone or acknowledging that you do. I feel bad for not remembering his name but he was the husky dude with a gray sprinkled beard. He gave me phone tips, carrier tips and made sure I got a free screen protector through my plan. Thanks ubreakifix I was completely distraught after my 24 Ultra screen was damaged but you made it all better plus some! Definitely a one stop shop that I’d visit again IF I had to. I will certainly share this location with friends in need of phone repair!

They are always very nice when I have to go in, and the guy fixed my screen up. This last time my phone stopped turning on (to be fair it was a pixel 5a and I was hoping it wouldn’t die yet) and he took it apart and he couldn’t fix it without replacing the motherboard. He was upfront about it, and it would have been less expensive to get a new phone. Always glad how honest and professional they are here! Definitely recommend, and they work with most insurance companies.
