Went there last week for a broken/overheated port on my Nintendo switch- staff was awesome and kept me up to date via text while I was away for work a couple of days- only took like three days to get back!
Got it back and it works great! The staff was extremely courteous and professional, something you don’t get at too many places and it was a breath of fresh air.
I brought in an original sega genesis that was not working. Stephen diagnosed the issue and informed me of the part needed. I brought the part in and it works like a charm. Thank you very much Steven! Awesome, knowledge, communication, and customer service! Thank you for helping me relive my childhood!

My phone screen got crushed in my girlfriend’s recliner and I was told it’d be an hour long repair. Took them 35 minutes. Cost $180. They were super friendly. The man running the head counter, Steven was super friendly and helpful. Most certainly returning for future breaks
