Came in with a broken USB C port on a 3 year old Samsung phone. Asked about replacement of the port and battery. The guy working tried cleaning it out but wasn’t successful. Super nice. I only give it four stars because was quoted $220 for the repair. The parts are $80 retail cost. I don’t know if that is a fair labor cost or not but the value vs a new phone isn’t there as this would make it take 13 additional months with this phone to recoup the cost. My experience is a 3-4 year old phone is very vulnerable to getting worse so not sure there was a value with the high cost unless that was the only thing you can afford. With a trade in my cost would be $18 a month for 36 months for a new Galaxy 256gb model. Glad I checked though on the repair cost.

Dropped and completely broke the screen on my phone. We had insurance through Verizon which is completed by Asurion. Scheduling a repair was extremely easy. We had a tech come to our house the very next day, take the phone and work on it in his van. He was finished quick and did a great job. The tech did a great job and the entire process of scheduling was so easy. Super impressed that they were able to come to us! Great experience overall.

They did a fantastic job and were able to get my computer to charge using a second port without having to fix anything. Friendly and efficient, and in the end didn’t charge me anything if they didn’t have to make any internal changes. I will be coming back and I highly recommend this place for all of your computer an electronic needs!
