I recently visited Micro Center with my mom, and we had the pleasure of being assisted by Ryan. I came in looking for a new monitor because the one I had was very low quality, but I didn’t know much about what to look for. Ryan was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process.

I looked at every monitor in the store before approaching Ryan for assistance, and he took the time to help me find the perfect one. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and never once seemed annoyed by the number of questions I had. Ryan even went the extra mile to explain how monitors work when you have two working at the same time, which was very helpful for my mom and I.

Moreover, Ryan helped us get a fantastic deal on our purchases by pointing out the items that were on sale. He made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I never felt embarrassed for not knowing what I was looking for, thanks to his supportive and understanding approach.

Ryan’s exceptional customer service and expertise made our visit to Micro Center a great one. I highly recommend seeking him out for any tech-related questions or purchases! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to leave him a review through the micro center because I lost the paper he gave me with the link, but he genuinely should get recognized for how great he is at his job.

First of all this does not in any way reflect on the cashier who did all they could! If I could I would give them 5 stars. Honestly they should get a raise given the crappy tools they are given to do their job.

I tried to return a cartridge of printer ink that did not fit the model of printer I own. But because I wasn’t under membership with their company they could not find my transaction on their truly ancient computer system. How anyone could trust a store that hangs their hat on technology but makes their employees use such an outdated system is beyond me. I don’t think you could run Oregon Trail on those things.

What should be a simple return turned out to end with me being 60$ in the hole with a product I have no need for. The manager was zero help and disappeared throwing the cashier under the bus. I guess it’s their policy to rely on these prehistoric computers though there were 3 adults standing there who all knew I purchased the cartridge there. They’re probably use to this problem.

TLDR: When your a business based on “computers & technology” and Dollartree uses a better computer system to make transactions on…pure comedy.

I recently visited Micro Center to pick up some PLA Plus for my Bamboo Labs X1 printer, which I had purchased from the same store a few months ago. As always, the store is a tech enthusiast’s paradise–packed with everything you could possibly need and more.

While I sometimes find it challenging to get immediate assistance when I first arrive, once I do, the customer service is absolutely top-notch. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. Every time I visit, I end up spending more than my budget because of the great recommendations and the vast selection of products.

This time, I had the pleasure of checking out with Erica B. at the register. She was exceptionally kind, courteous, and helpful–making the entire checkout process smooth and pleasant. Erica’s work ethic and fantastic service deserve special recognition, and she should be applauded for going above and beyond.

Micro Center continues to impress me with its stellar customer service, and Erica B. is a shining example of what makes this store such a great place to shop.
