I am deeply grateful to this small business for repairing my LG Thin Q which would have cost $149 to replace as a warranty claim by my provider, Google. Fortunately, Google kept messing up my warranty claim and I finally gave up and decided to try getting it repaired instead. They changed out my charging port and battery, spent a lot of time diagnosing and repairing, and charged me a measly $67 including tax! I feel odd saying this but I feel guilty for having paid so little for something that would have cost $149 plus tax! They were friendly and prompt and kept me well informed. I will never pay for warranty on a cell phone again when I have this repair shop 10 minutes from my house!

The technician, Jared, remembered my phone and issue when I returned from a month of travel. He had researched the situation while I was gone and was ready to go with the solution! I am very happy to recommend this outstanding local business.
The owner has been doing this job for over a decade and they know what they’re doing. First come first serve and a one hour wait is considered a long time by him. He is a fair guy that knows how to listen and solve any problem you may have.
