The worse experience I’ve ever had at a place like this. They were very unprofessional throughout the entire process and their communication was almost non existent. For something as serious as handling peoples expensive equipment and sensitive data they took ZERO care and I mean zero. They straight up stole my property and the information that was on it and refused to give it back and wouldn’t even refund me the HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS I gave them. They claimed to have lost it which is insanely negligent but I suspect they actually sold it and this is just another deception. My identity was stolen during this process and I can only assume this place is to blame. Another apparently disgruntled customer smashed their door in, so do yourself a favor and take this plywood replacement door as your giant red flag to steer clear of these scammers.

if i could rate this 0 i would , the most terrible service ever. The tech isn’t a real tech he has to drop off the equipment to an actual tech to get fixed and i came in early july asking for my macbook to be fixed and it would take 1-2 weeks… It is now Late August and he has told me repeatedly to come back and he’ll call me but no response whatsoever so i decided to come up here to try and get my refund back he wouldn’t give me refund instead he was arguing with me about how i told it was going to get fixed & i would have to wait longer but i have waited more than enough time to fix this.He had no sign or disclaimer about NOT getting a refund back.Definitely getting legal action on this.
