Luis Took great care of me and help me with my laptop issue. My screen would not activate and I had a blinking message on the side of my laptop. Not only did he help me he gave me Solutions moving forward if it happens again so that I could self remedy. Very professional, extremely cool showroom floor with retro gaming stations, and overall chill vibe. Highly recommend.
I took my Mac Book Pro 2019 due to possible issues within the USB C ports temporarily and after investigating, issue was resolved by Mario. If I would have taken this to the famous Apple Genius Bar, I am pretty sure they would have asked me to upgrade to their M line series chip sets. Thanks for the assist as always!
Eddie fixed up my computer and had it working in just a day with great communication throughout. He answered all my questions as well.
