My phone volume button was stuck after the repair, I had to go on vacation and couldn’t bring it back the same day period the owner of the company put Service notes for the follow up repair. Fix up my phone back to 100% and took time to explain new software features period.

Son of a gun! Broke my phone again and phone doctor was able to make small adjustment in pricing. 082824 we also got a glass screen protector this time $39.99. I called and was able to get squeezed into schedule immediately since my work is tied to my phone.

I woke today and my phone was shattered from significant fall. I called a few friends because I’m not for around hear.

Repair was successful, and my information like calls, numbers pics was restored. Able to do repairs that chain repair shops cannot do. I’ll bring my laptop for them to look at as well.

Phone Doctor was very helpful and promptly repaired my phone. I was going out of town and he worked hard to make sure it was ready.

SARS (Stuck Apple restore syndrome) developed spontaneously and unable to access the phone. I was considering getting another phone, but luckily we were able to fix it within reasonable amount of time.

As others have mentioned, this facility is very hard to find so it’s best to call ahead and speak to the phone doctors so that they can help set up a time and give exact location.

I was hiking on a trail and my phone dropped.Face down and hit the corner of the screen , causing a horizontal line with flickering. The area that was flickering periodically went black and made it super difficult to use my keyboard.
