Very disappointed with this appointment. Have come to Clark Computer numerous times in the past. For the appointment specifically requested someone familiar with the use of the Parallels program on a Mac computer. That did not occur. Technician seemed unfamiliar or had limited familiarity. Technician assisted with the inclusion of extensions on updates to the computer which was solved in the first 10 minutes but the rest of the session which was an attempt to gain access to the Microsoft side of the Mac was a total failure. Waste of both time and money. Invoice was written to reflect several objectives were accomplished which was a complete fabrication in my opinion and an attempt to show accomplishments which did not happen. Clark Computer, you are better than this.
