I am a caregiver for a young adult with disabilities, my consumer wanted to get a new phone case at Mr Frog Repair LLC in Bay City Mi on washington ave. We entered the store, my consumer picked out a phone case and a sticker, went to the counter and said “hi, how much for a screen protector?” The man behind the counter replied “$10” my consumer says “oh, okay can you put it on for me?” Worker says “yes” consumer says “okay, wait will it ruin my phone?!” (Mind you my consumer has disabilities and little understanding of why you need a screen protector for your phone). Man behind counter replies “…..YES, IT WILL RUIN YOUR PHONE!……NO STUPID GIRL!!” I instantly turned to look at him and said “excuse me? You cant talk to your customers like that” he replied “what was i supposed to say it was a stupid question, anyway im talking to her not you, she is an adult she should know” i replied “no, now you are talking to me, you could have tried to understand why they asked that question or what they meant….you are going to get bad reviews treating your customers that way” he replied in a loud voice “ARE YOU THREATENING ME?!” I replied “no, just saying, but honestly i feel like writing a bad review at this point” he replied “FINE! (Takes all items my consumer wanted and put them behind his counter) “You are banned from my shop! GET OUT!!!” (I believe due to his words i can assume he was the owner) just wait for “Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)” to come find you 🙂

Excellent services! My LCD screen went out after a dreadful fall and the screen would only flicker through the black screen of death, and the gentleman here fixed it up brand new in an hour, had a better phone case and tempered glass protector for my specific model as well, there are many different 0hone cases to choose from, go sturdy! And while I waited I had lovely conversations with both of the workers here! I even scored a stylish new keyboard while waiting, give them some patience and the job done will be perfect!
