Best Buy appointment at GeekSquad was worthless. I wasn’t seen during my appointment time because they were running behind and the store was closing. They said sorry, come back tomorrow, we service millions of people here at BestBuy, so we are running 5 days behind … After store hours I was left scrambling for a solution. I’m glad I used google to find Bayshore Computers. The 5star rating made me feel comfortable. Eric quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me a fair quote. He was able to save the hard drive on my old computer with same day turn around. Eric was kind and professional. Trusted. Will use again. What BestBuy said would take 5 days took Eric a couple of hours!

I got this issue with my screen on my MacBook Air and I was able to get it fixed quickly with Bayshore Computers! I texted him on a Sunday and he responded immediately which was an unexpected surprise. I was able to get my computer to him the next day and he was able to get it fixed within a couple of days. He gave me a fair price and was communicative throughout the whole process. I’m so thankful for this because I need my computer for my work. I called last minute into Bayshore Computers because it was the only shop open , late in the evening. Eric was very accommodating and friendly. I had an issue with my computer where it needed thermal compound in order to keep the part from falling out of position. Special type of compound that can’t really be bought at your local superstores. So with this last minute request , Eric offered his services and got this issue taken cared of quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone who is having any technical issues!
