I brought a phone with a cracked screen to these people, and they gave me a broken phone back four days later. They repeatedly gave me bad repair timelines and made me wait two hours in the parking lot just for them to re-crack the screen I’d waited four days for them to repair.

At least before I give them my phone, I could access it. Now it’s completely bricked, and I have to pay someone to rescue my data.

They did apologize for their complete and utter failure, but someone admitting they made a mistake isn’t enough to increase a rating over one star. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
