I had a bad experience, made appointment and dropped off phone. Said they needed 4 or 5 hours. I came back in 5.5 hours and then said they needed another hour. Then after saying I need it back since its the end of the day already – they agreed to finish the calibration of my screen. Then they made a mistake on the screen install and had to redo the hole thing but was going to be done in 2 hours around 7pm. I already wasted 45 minutes driving there and I can’t call and ask if its done since they have my phone. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Took my broken phone here today after many attempts for the last 5 days elsewhere including Tmobile who my plan is through and was feeling very discouraged about getting this fixed but Beloit store came to the rescue best service I’ve had anywhere in a very long time had my phone back in about 4 hours even decided to purchase a few other items while I was there. Great staff! Thank you so much!!!

The gentleman was very nice. He communicated his arrival time throughout the day so I knew exactly when he’d arrive. He was very polite and even repaired the stylus on my phone when he noticed it was stuck while replacing the battery. It was very refreshing to have someone go over and beyond.
