I brought my Iphone in today because it shut off one day and never turned back on. I went in nervous having never been there, but was greeted with a smile, and not only was my problem with the phone resolved super fast, but she took the time to explain how I can prevent the issue from reoccurring, what the issue was – as simple as it turned out to be – and definitely gave me a handful of reasons I will definitely be back in the future! Thank you guys over there for all your help, and being so kind to me!
– The location is also great, near so many things right here down the road from myself, and the parking wasn’t bad at all. It’s a clean environment with friendly staff that provides effective efficient solutions, and surprised me how easy the experience was, especially having gone in nervous and worrisome. After the level of experience and customer service I received with Mobile Device Repair I absolutely had to give them a shout out. Dan fixed my phone screen for a fair price, but afterwards, my camera wouldn’t work. The first one he ordered he installed upside down so I could only use selfie mode. The second one he ordered he lost. I spent two hours in his office waiting for him to find it. He ordered a third one which when installed caused a fatal error in my phone. He ordered a fourth but his story doesn’t match up with my timeline. It’s been over two months. There’s no way I would trust Dan or his employees with another device
