All I needed was a battery replacement. When I went to pick up my phone, the phone technician said the battery replacement went well but the screen stopped working. The tech blamed the screen issues on a previous phone fix. My phone screen worked perfectly fine before the tech worked on my phone. He made me pay for the new screen even though he was the only person that could have messed up the screen. Don’t trust the techs at this place. They will fix your issue but cause another one in the process. There has to be better phone service places in the treasure valley.

From now on, this place will be my go-to for computer repair. They repaired my laptop’s broken hinge and subsequent cracked screen. I paid half as a down-payment and half at the completion of the service. The price itself was good compared to other services I price checked. Their system notified me to bring in my computer when the parts arrived (a few days later as it was a major repair), I dropped it off, and the system texted me to come back when the repair was complete. The staff are genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. The computer looks good as new.
