I had my iPhone 14 Pro Max’s back glass fixed at this shop, and within a week, the phone completely broke again due to their unprofessional repair job. When I returned to have it fixed, they refused to help and told me to come back at 3 PM to speak with the manager. The manager was extremely distrustful and showed no concern for customers. While waiting for the manager, I received a parking ticket. I’ve never encountered such disrespectful service. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way. Avoid this place at all costs. You’re better off getting your phone fixed somewhere that values and respects its customers. The manager at this shop could not care less about customers. When they finally called me back, instead of resolving the issue, they blamed me for the problems. It was clear I couldn’t expect any reasonable discussion with such an attitude. Avoid this place at all costs. These miserable people and their service are not worth your time or money. They absolutely do not care about you or your experience.

Horrible. They sold me a apple looking charger for 100$ and it didn’t work for my Mac so I came back the next day to return it and apparently there’s no returns. I told him I’m not wasting 100$ on a stupid fake apple charger that doesn’t work and he said finally he’ll refund me for 70$ taking 30$ to himself. I wasn’t in the mood for his nonsense that he literally knew was wrong because he wanted to give me the money in cash only. I took the 70 and walked out. Don’t give this place your money. Go somewhere that actually cares. Shame on you I hope you lose 30$ tomorrow.

AMAZING experience!!! My husband brought his phone with broken screen today, and only a few hours later, I picked it up fully fixed with replaced screen! Very professional work, fair prices for repair, very good prices for phones ( cheapper than Amazon ), phone cases, and screen protectors. Very polite staff. The owner patiently answered all of my questions regarding my phone and phone case.
I would highly recommend this place!!!
