Tried to call the number listed on the google site, it’s listed as the local store number for south Fort Worth in gateway station, area code 817. It auto transfers to a global call center. When I asked to speak to someone from the store I was told their call volume is high and/or the employees must be busy with customers. After some confusion I was given a completely different answer that they do not take calls at the local store at all. I thought this was a company based on tech but they don’t answer phones..?
I end up driving to the store and see the manager up front by a phone laughing and talking to other employees. There was a plethora of employees, much more than actual customers.
Yet I was told they don’t answer their phones and/or were too busy with high call volume and or customers. None of that was the case when I arrived at the store. I was lied to and feel sad for the lack of help over the phone and having to drive to the actual store when they could have answered my question on the phone.
I loved Best Buy and was rooting for them but after this, I can see why it’s a dying dinosaur.
Went to Wal-Mart and got so much help over the phone and in person from an employee who was easily in his 70s and working harder than all the employees at Best Buy combined.

TL;DR – save your time and money and go to Wal-Mart.
Very disappointed with my service at this location. A week ago I came in to buy an iPad and they told me it would take a week to arrive because the color I wanted (purple) was not in stock at the store. I walked in today and I stood at the front where it says pickup and the 5 employees standing at the entrance just glanced multiple times without saying a word to me as I stood there waiting and didn’t bother to tell me that I needed to go to another area because that area was closed for the day until I interrupted their conversations amongst each other. I picked up the iPad and came home to find that they ordered me the wrong color.
Always a win at an electronic store if you are looking for tech stuff. The staff was helpful and was able to find what I needed quickly, saving me time. Since I was able to find my stuff quickly, it gave me time to view other potential future purchases. It is located in a good spot and easily accessible. Would recommend if in the area and need something for your work or home needs.
