Avoid this place! I brought in a couple of iPhones to have their batteries replaced. I came back, guy asks me do I want him to replace the home button on one phone. I was a bit surprised as the home button was working on that phone when we walked in. I agreed for him to replace it, and he couldn’t get the replacements to work. I then paid for the batteries with a CC, and the guy hustled me for cash, and then a tip. I walked across the mall to the Apple Store to have them look at the home button, with a bad feeling. Turns out I was right to have a bad feeling. Apple techs opened up the phone, saw the I Fix It guy had torn up the inside of the phone when replacing the battery (which also caused the home button failure), and offered to either replace the phone or give me back the old broken one. They couldn’t fix it. Oh by the way, it would have cost $10 less per phone to have the batteries replaced by Apple. Learn from my mistakes!!

UPDATE (5/14): I sent an email to the owner using the email address included in some of the reviews. No response a week after having sent the email. The saga continues!

UPDATE (5/29): No response from the business, but the bill came through the CC company, so clearly they just want their money and don’t care about customer satisfaction. I feel like I’ve been ripped off.

They cheated us, took 350$ for screen replacement claiming its Apple Original, but its not and after the replacement the phone is not charging anymore, also refused to give us a receipt when we asked,
Went to apple and they said the screen is not original, and that even Apple Original doesn’t cost that much, I went back to those as**** asking for refund. Guess what they asked for more money !!! I have it all on video and moving a law suit against them by my lawyer, this is a chance for anyone else, if they robbed you, contact me, my pleasure to add your case to mine and it’s for free, I’m paying the attorney but you can get up to 8x what they took from you, this kind of case finishes in single trial, my email willy.barakat at gmail.

SCAM: Store employees can be shockingly antagonizing and dismissive. I explained I needed an iPhone grip that was durable and magnetic. They sold me a grip that ended up not being magnetic, and it broke after only a couple weeks. When I explained this to them, they scoffed at me and said everything breaks (it was a weird and belittling lecture). When I said that this was bad business practice they laughed and said they did not care if they lost my business. This was especially upsetting because they originally pressured me into the purchase despite my suspicions about product quality. I believe they will say anything to get the sale.
