I went to Mike a few months ago to get a screen replacement for my iPhone X. For context, I’d dropped the iPhone at my laundromat a few weeks prior and wasn’t in a position to get a new phone, but the cracked screen was hindering my use of the phone. After doing some research online, I saw that iPhone Doc was nearby, with a volume of good reviews and reasonable prices. I got my phone fixed speedily.
After a few months, the sensor stopped working. I got in touch with Mike again and he repaired it free of charge. This is a business that stands behind their word and their work. I will be recommending friends and family to this service.
Excellent service. As promised, my iPhone screen was replaced in about 15 minutes–maybe even less. I couldn’t keep track of time, because I use my iPhone for that! Michel is very genial, reliable, punctual, and a pleasure to do business with. And the price was very reasonable.
I am very happy with the service I received here. $85 to replace the screen, compared to the $200+ that Apple quoted me, can’t beat that price.
Screen was fixed in 15 minutes and it was easy to make an appointment online.
