I have a 2017 Macbook Pro. I am a business and career coach so I use my laptop a lot. My laptop started getting hot, the fan loud and my laptop needing to always be charged by the chord. I knew it was a battery issue, then one day my laptop stopped charging cause of the heat. Unfortunately we live in a world where if something is broken, let’s go buy a new one. For a Macbook pro that usually costs $2k. But as a business owner you need to think, “Do I really need to spend that much?” I knew it was a battery issue, so I gave it a shot and Joseph was so helpful. I saved so much money, he was nice, polite and explained what I should do to maintain the longevity of my laptop. I know laptops eventually die but I want to make it last as long as I can like a honda and toyota. I am so grateful for Joseph. He also did a fast turn around within the next day vs. Apple Repair Store. I highly recommend him for great service, saving money, and fast turnaround.

AMAZING service ! I am a student and use my computer a lot for school. I opened it to begin working at 7 pm and it was not turning on. All other local Mac repair shops were closed at that time, which ended up being a blessing that Joseph was available in the evening! Joseph diagnosed and fixed the problem with my MacBook very efficiently and at a great price. In the meantime, which was not very long at all, he gave me a loaner computer to use for my school work so I did not have to fall behind.
