For starters, let’s talk about the customer service. Luke is phenomenal, transparent, and kind. He calls you if he runs into a snag and to update timelines, is willing to spend time to explain his processes, and follows all manufacturer specs for install practices.

As far as concerns, I had a few considering there were laptops from the early 2000s being worked on and the closest thing in performance and price to mine was a budget gaming PC with the cost equivalent to the card in mine. I was worried it wasn’t in the right hands.

Three days later I came in and Luke informed me that he basically read every blog/article/guide to make sure it was 100% correct. I can assure you it is.

I took my desktop computer in for diagnosis/repair. All done in 2 days…and saved me a ton of headaches trying to reinstall dozens of programs! Everything just as it was…and the new drive is noticeably faster (As promised!).
