Came in a while back to get my MacBook pro repaired. They said it was unfixable and they wouldn’t even look at it. I mentioned Apple always slowing down my older devices and the batteries conveniently failing. They say Apple will never do that and get offended. Brought to another store, and they repaired it instantly! Oh, it looks like I’m getting money because Apple has, in fact, slowed down phones and purposely slowed down phones. I would take anything they say with a grain of salt and a cult like bias. And no you’re wrong and wrong again, I still like Apple and Android. I have both. Same with Macbooks and PCs. Who cares they are all great. BUT, I won’t trust these guys. The responses to other reviews says a lot about this business. Honesty a long way.

Bill and Grant were fabulous! They were quick to respond, quick to get it taken care of and quick to get it back to me. They helped me navigate the situation, never tried to up-sell me on stuff I didn’t need. They were honest about what I could do in the way of upgrades but that I didn’t need to go that big. It’s an old Mac but it will still be an amazing machine for years to come thanks to Tyrosys. I’m a small business owner and I know the value of good service and they have it.
