The technician was very patient and although he had an accent, it wasn’t so strong that I had any trouble understanding him. Best of all, he helped me fix my printer problem for only $30 after I was pretty much ready to junk it and buy a new one!
Thank you for your assistance. I became very nervous when someone else was remotely working on my computer, but they assured me that they were totally on the up-and-up. Everyone I spoke to was professional and very helpful .
