BUYER BEWARE! I had U break I fix replace the entire screen on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra on April 26, 2024 and it was amazing for about 3.5 months until June 29, 2024, I was scrolling through Facebook and the screen started to look really weird all pixelated not sharp colors at all and then it just went black. Locked the phone and turned it back on and it worked ok for a few more minutes just still looked weird like previously stated. Then it turned black again and wouldn’t work anymore at all this time. There was only a highlighter yellow line across the top of the screen that’s it. The touch still worked on the screen and everything just no display. U break I fix has a 1 year warranty on screen replacements. I took it in to them on July 2, 2024 to diagnose. They say that since there was rub marks on my phone’s edge and the way the screen was acting that it was not their problem and that quite frankly since I had gotten 3.5 months out of the screen that it rules out defective parts. They agreed to take the screen out and see if it had a loose connection and it did not. They do not stand behind their products at all. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy unless you want to spend $380 for a screen that lasts 3 months

Having my phone screen break for the first time I wasn’t sure what to expect. I filed my claim last night online, showed up to theirs doors at 11a, and had my phone back at 1p! I had some worries being Asurion listed a different IMEI than what my phone displayed, however, Meira quickly verified everything was good to go. Overall I had no hiccups or issues throughout this whole process and appreciate Meira’s politeness and knowledge!

Scheduled an appointment the night before. No insurance plan. Showed up at open. Placed the phone in their care. Got the screen repair the same day with full flawless functionality, all below $250. I hope they open a location in Iowa City / Coralville area.
