My 1 year old computer was acting so strange, graphics flicking, freezing, videos not playing. Such odd behavior and I thought it was a dying graphics card, or ram. Took it in no appointment and they were so nice, and also thought it sounded like bad news. Next day get a call it’s fixed! Bios was on wrong version, ram needed update, and fixed some bios setting and my 2k pc was fixed for 50$ ! I was very impressed with their knowledgeable, Fast cheap and friendly service.
Stopped by to have a computer looked at and the tech immediately explained why it was non repairable. Spent a half hour going over options with me and helping me find the best fit for exactly what I needed. Didn’t try and upsell me or waste time trying to sell me something off the shelf. They didn’t have what I was after but will be going back to have my new computer customized and the data recovered from the old one. Best experience I’ve had from a computer store.
Small shop. Great service. I needed a file from a CD copied. Traveling, I don’t have the CD drive for an older laptop. Stopped in on a whim to save a trek back to hotel for a flashdrive, Ben looked at the file, told me I didn’t need a flash drive. Emailed it to my phone. No charge! They just became my go-to for tech support service.
