After a $400″fix” to my MacBook, it still has the same issues the next time I turned it on. Zero assistance after I paid and still had the issues. They just told me it was old and there was a risk it couldn’t be fixed without going to Apple. Not what I look for in Expensive support. If I had known it was such a big risk & that it more than likely wouldn’t have been fixed AND if I had known an average of how expensive it would be, I would have gone to Apple and never used them. I will not be using or recommending them for Apple folks. Not sure how they are with PCs.

We, Philippe and Barbara Esteve, are retired and need all the help we can get when it comes to computers.
