ABSOLUTELY DO NOT come to this business! This store is operated by a franchisee and has no affiliation with other Mr.Fixit locations. I went here to fix an iPhone 15 pro max, front and back glass. He replaced the front with a Third party screen of lower quality and replaced the back glass with a Third party blue glass that that did not properly fit the phone as the 15 pro max did not originally come with that option. Job was messy and he applied no adhesive causing the screen to fall right out of the phone. I was charged $540 for this service, He refused to help me in anyway after the screen fell out. I took the phone to the Apple Store in Lynnhaven and they only charged me $480 to make the phone like new with apple care!

The owner was very friendly & told me the cost up front so there were no hidden fees. The glass on my phone had many cracks on it & I didn’t want to have to buy a new phone. I found this place on Google & I called first & he went over the information with mei.e. cost, how long it would take etc… He told me when it would be ready and when I got there, it was all set. Looks like I bought a new phone. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received & the professionalism of the owner. I highly recommend this place!
