I have an odd phone (revel 6X). The screen was badly cracked. They didn’t have one, but ordered one, had it in a day or two. I left it there a day when I was working nearby. It ended up being defective. They got another, I went on a day off and one guy was there alone, handling a butt load of folks and changing my screen. It took a little bit of time, but it’s so nice having a “brand new” phone. I would trust them again. He was totally honest from the start that he was alone and it was gonna be a bit. I think I was patient. The price was less than expected.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They charged me $35 to fix a screen, then when I came to pick it up they charged another $75 which wasn’t communicated up front. They wouldn’t remedy the situation and told me they don’t deal with people like me. I paid ahead for the repair also, and again wasn’t communicated any other charges would be incurred. It’s stealing! DO NOT USE them. Poor communication and poor management. If I can find the owner I would provide my feedback also. Be aware.

Good pricing and service. They fixed my partners screen for half the price of any other business around. When we walked in they did not have the necessary part, but they ordered it promptly. The workers were nice and we did not have any issues with the phone after. They did great work, and we would definitely use them again if need be.
Note they can fix androids as well as iPhones!
